Five Ways to Train Like a Ninja
From first-time 3-year-olds to competitive teens, there's a place on the course for every kid in Roseville, Rocklin, Citrus Heights and beyond.

A full hour on the course to try obstacles, practice skills and play at your own pace — coaches on-site for safety and spotting. $25 drop-in, punchcards available.

Our Story
It Started with a Garage Full of Obstacles
In 2014, a viral American Ninja Warrior run lit a spark in a five-year-old boy: "I want to do that!" A decade later, the Davis family turned their garage training zone into Lightning Ninja Academy — a fully equipped indoor ninja facility for the whole Sacramento area.

Questions Parents Ask First
What age can my kid start ninja classes?
Weekly ninja classes and open gym start at age 5, and our Mini Ninja program welcomes 3–4 year olds. Teens and adults train too — there's a track for everyone.
Does my child need experience to try a class?
Not at all. The free trial class is designed for total beginners — coaches walk every new ninja through the obstacles safely. Just bring closed-toe athletic shoes and a water bottle.
How much do classes cost?
Your first class is free. Weekly class memberships are $156/month for once a week or $280/month for twice a week, and open gym is $25 per visit with punchcard savings. See the full price list.
